In-House Production

Design
With Cimatron E, we have a CAD/CAM solution that offers special functions specifically for toolmaking (mold technology). Cooling, demolding, undercuts, manufacturability, and a change manager ensure perfect molds. The CAD data is transmitted directly to our CNC-controlled machines. This feature allows problems to be identified in time and resolved immediately. In this way, a stable design process and rapid delivery of precision tools to the injection molder are guaranteed.

Toolmaking
Whether in cars, furniture, or electrical devices, plastic injection-molded parts are found everywhere today. Each of these parts requires a special injection mold, which our expert mold builders design and manufacture.
