Machine Park
We have 28 injection molding machines (electric and hydraulic), with a clamping force of 20 to 180 tons and a shot weight of approximately 0,05 gr. up to 250 gr. Almost all of our machines are equipped with handling systems (pick-and-place robots) and connected to a pneumatic conveying system, which dries the material automatically and transports it via piping to its destination.
The average age of the machines is 5 years, keeping us up-to-date with current technology. Continuous reinvestment in the newest available technology allows us to remain price-competitive and ensures technological advancement. We process almost all thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. We have particular experience in injection-molding sight glasses.
