Your Profile
- Completed training as a toolmaker
- Relevant professional experience and technical expertise
Your Responsibilities
- Design of injection molds for the production of optical plastic parts
- Development of preliminary concepts for quotation preparation
- Preparation of project documentation, drawings, and bills of materials
- Implementation of changes and corrections in tool design
- Optimization of existing tools and processes
- Project supervision and communication with customers
Your Profile
- Completed training as a toolmaker
- Relevant professional experience and technical expertise
- Knowledge of Cimatron
- CAD and CAM experience
Your Responsibilities
- Create CNC programs using a CAD/CAM system
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers
Duration: 3 years
Requirements: Good secondary school certificate; intermediate school certificate is an advantage

Scope of Responsibilities
The tasks of a plastics mold technician include setup, adjustment, monitoring, and operation of machines and production equipment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintenance of injection molding machines and associated systems (robot systems, dryers, heating/cooling units)
- Quality assurance of ongoing production
- Supplying machines with granulate
- Packaging and proper storage
Duration: 3.5 years
Requirements: Good secondary school certificate; intermediate school certificate is an advantage

Scope of Responsibilities
Toolmakers produce injection molds in our in-house toolmaking department. They assemble individual parts into finished tools and check them for correct functionality. In addition to manual processing methods, CNC-controlled machine tools are used.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of damaged or worn tools
- Conversion of tools (different parts in a single tool)
- Production of operating equipment (fixtures, grippers [robot systems], measuring fixtures)
- Performing maintenance and inspection tasks
